在浙江丽水市,每当端午节来临时,村民们都会上高山,挂艾草、饮菖蒲,祛邪毒,灭虫害--,当然包粽子吃粽子是必不可少的。此时很多农户都在忙着在山上采摘野生粽叶,准备制作粽子。而且做粽子前,村民们还要到山上采摘一种叫硬壳的树木,再将硬壳叫烧成灰,将柴灰包入纱布中,再放在开水里烫,取其汁浸泡糯米。由于柴灰的特殊功效,糯米经过浸泡渐渐由白转黄,色泽明丽,独具清香。为了让自己包的粽子美味,让家人吃得开心,同时还能卖出好价,村民们在粽子的馅料上和营养上下功夫,不光有小肉粽、腊肉粽、酱肉粽、香菇粽、排骨粽、宝宝粽、老爷粽、梅干菜粽、笋干粽……细数品种居然有几十种。
